If the product you received does not meet the quality standards, you must submit a request from Bees, but before doing so, make sure you have the following requirements π:
- Each of your products must have an appropriately filled sticker in each of its sections, this information must be placed by your Sales Consultant. π·οΈ
- Take a photograph of all your damaged products, where you can clearly see the information on the sticker or stickers π· (you can send us up to 5 images).
π¨ Important! π¨ The reason must be based on the defect of the product.
- You must have an active order for your next delivery date (which must be dated after the change request) π
- You can make up to 60 changes per request. πΊππΊ

Within your request, you must accompany your images with the correct description of the products to be changed (quantity, brand, volume, presentation and reason) ππ».
