We inform you that in order to maintain your equipment, it is important to have the following requirements:
- Meet your minimum purchases, in the last 90 days, through your BEES App.
- Don't be late with your payments in the last 90 days.
- Comply with the proper use of the equipment. Exclusively for Bavaria products.
- Don't forget to include the ID number (F0) on your fridge! You can find it on the back of a metal plate or on the front of your computer.
If you meet the above requirements, you can submit your request at the following Open Request link, where we will follow up with you so that a specialized technician comes to your establishment to check your equipment.
⚠️ If your equipment has been serviced, it will have a 2-month service warranty after the repair. After this period has elapsed, the refrigerator will not be suitable for further maintenance.
