How do I complete the registration of my pre-approved credit?

If you're one of our pre-approved customers to apply for credit, you can easily complete your credit application in just 8 steps:

1. Go to your Bees app, at the top, slide the informative banners section and click on 'Your BEES info'.
2. Enter your registered customer code and citizenship card or NIT.
3. At the top right you'll find a 3-line menu. Select the option 'Credit - Request your quota'.
4. Look for the option Request It Now! And it clicks.
5. Fill in all your details and documents in the form. Make sure you accept the terms and conditions and the data processing.
6. Select the amount you want to request. The amount may be less than or equal to the pre-approved amount.
7. Click “submit” to file your request.
8. Finally, you will receive an email to register and confirm your electronic signature.

Ready! In just 48 hours, you will receive our response to your request. Don't forget to check the 'Credits' section of the application to find out if your credit has been approved.
