To open a ticket or request, follow these simple steps or click here to go directly.
Select the type of request in the form, specify your problem, and include a clear comment about what you need as needed. Click on Continue and once you have verified that everything seems correct, select Submit

One of our Customer Service agents will be responding to your request and will provide answers and/or comments. At any time you can check the status of your ticket; by opening the Help and Support tab in the My Account menu and selecting the Request History option.
Possible states are:
- Processing: Your request was sent to us, and is being addressed.
- Open: Your request is already in the hands of our Customer Service and will be answered as soon as possible.
- New message: Our Customer Service has sent a new message. You can view it by clicking on the ticket.
- Required Action: Our Customer Service needs some additional information in order to move forward in resolving your request.
- Closed: Your request has already been resolved by our Customer Service
- Submission error: We were unable to create the ticket you submitted in our support system. You must contact us through another channel.
