How to reset or change your password

If you can't sign in to the BEES app and need to reset your password, you can do so from the login screen.

How to recover the password

1. Access the App and in the Sign In option click on 'Forgot your password? '.
2. Enter your cell phone number or email address with which you registered.
3. Add the code that you will receive via text message or email.
4. Finally, choose a new password and you're done!
   Your password must contain at least 8 characters, with at least two types of characters (uppercase or lowercase letters, numbers or symbols).

How to change the password

If you can sign in but want to change your password, follow these steps:

1. Once in the application, enter the “Account” option in the main menu
2. In the “Personal Information” section, you can find your data:
   • Name
   • Telephone
   • Email
   • Password
3. Select the data you want to change and click the “Update or Add” button and that's it!
   Your password must contain at least 8 characters, with at least two types of characters (uppercase or lowercase letters, numbers or symbols).
