Remember, you can contact us if you have any of the following scenarios regarding your credit:
- I requested the activation of my credit, it's been more than 48 hours and I don't have it available yet.
- I don't have a bank reference to pay my credit
- I made a payment to my credit and it's not reflected in my statement
- I checked my account statement and I have credit bills that I didn't request
- The delivery person does not accept my credit to pay for my orders
- I want to cancel my credit
- I want to increase my credit
Remember that your credit line will be available 24 hours after activation.
Our office hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Holidays from 8:30am to 6:00pm.
